Jefferson County Fair

Jefferson City, Tennessee


(1) Space will be assigned on a first come first served basis.

 (2) All exhibitors must be on the grounds and at your booth by opening time each day and remain until closing time (  10 PM Tuesday-Thursday, 11 P.M Friday and Saturday).  Failure to have booth attended during hours of operation will subject booth operator to a $25.00 fine.

(3) Operation hours will begin August 13th  and end August 17th, 2019 from 5 P.M. to Fair closing.

(4) Exhibitors will be given four (4) all week passes to the grounds.  You may purchase an additional five (5) all week passes for $20.00 each.   Any more than that must pay gate admission.   Passes must be worn while on the fair grounds. The pass does not include rides.  All exhibitors must show their passes as you enter the gate.  No handing of passes through gate.  Gate personnel will be instructed not to allow this to happen.

(5)  Exhibitor gate passes will only be accepted at the gate behind the flea market (1505 Universal Rd.).  They will not be accepted at any other gate.

(6) You will receive two (2) all week parking passes for your cars. If more are needed you may purchase up to five (5) more at a cost of $10.00 each.  Parking passes will only be honored at the parking lot behind the flea market (1505 Universal Rd).

(7) The fair is not responsible for stolen gate or parking passes.  There will be a prorated fee based on $6.00 for admission and/or  $5.00 for parking passes  times the number of fair days remaining to replace a stolen pass.

(8) Booths must be set up on Monday,  August 12th , between Noon and 9 P.M. or Tuesday August 13th between 8 a.m. and Noon.  Exhibitors are responsible for setting up their booth.

(9) Security guards will patrol the grounds during the fair, however, The Jefferson County Fair will not be responsible for theft or damage to exhibits.

(10) Everyone setting up must supply their own table, or if outside, tent, cover, or anything else needed. The Jefferson County Fair will supply REASONABLE electricity only.

(11) The Jefferson County Fair CAN NOT provide “ride” tickets to any Exhibitors. 

(12) Each booth will be responsible for picking up trash around their booth space and putting it in trash cans.

(13) Storage trucks parked and left during the fair will be charged $25.00 rental. With electricity will be charged $50.00.

(14) Booths may be taken down after midnight  Saturday, August 17th or anytime Sunday, August 18th.

(15) The Fair does not provide tents, tables or chairs.  Vendor spaces available are either 10 feet by 10 feet or 20 feet by 20 feet.

(17)  Make check payable to “Jefferson County Fair” and mail it to Ricky Taylor, 600 East Inskip Dr., Apt A-303, Knoxville, TN 37912.

(18)     No refunds of booth fees for any reason.

(19) If you remove your booth before midnight Saturday August 17th there will be a $100.00 additional fee
