Note: Vendor must provide any tents, canopies, tables, chairs etc.
Set up dates are July 10 – 3 PM til 8 PM and/or July 11 8 AM til 11 AM
All booth spaces are outside. Fair gates open at 5 PM. Booth must be attended at all times the Fair is open.
Booths may be removed anytime after 11 PM on July 15, or anytime before noon July 16. There will be a $100.00 fee for any booth removed before the fair ends on July 15.
Each booth gets four (4) all week gate passes and two (2) all week car passes. Extra gate passes are available for $15.00 each and extra parking passes are available for $10.00 each. There is a limit of five (5) extra passes of each type.
Vendors must enter fairgrounds between the middle and elementary schools on highway 11E.
Promoting business only: $200.00 for 5 nights.
Selling Merchandise: $300.00 for a maximum 20 foot long space for 5 days.
Prior to June 26 must pay by money order or check made payable to Jefferson County Fair. After June 26, must pay in cash at time of set up. To guarantee a space applications must be sent in and paid by June 21st.
