Exhibitor General Rules and Exhibit Dates

Saturday – July 6 10:00 am – 1:00 pm

Enter any non-perishable and perishable items EXCEPT flowers and baked goods

Sunday – July 7 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Enter any non-perishable and perishable items INCLUDING flowers and baked goods

Monday – July 8

Judging of all entries EXCEPT flowers and baked goods, which are judged on Sunday. The exhibit barn will be closed to exhibitors during the judging process. Any entries not turned in on the previous 2 days listed above will not be judged.

We will be arranging the exhibits after judging and will not allow exhibitors to enter the exhibit barn until after 5:00 pm on Monday.

Sunday – July 14 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm

All entries must be picked up during this time.
Entries NOT picked up during this time become the property of the Jefferson County Fair.
NO ENTRIES WILL BE RELEASED WITHOUT YOUR CLAIM TICKET.

Other Information

Entries open to all. You may enter only one item per lot in each class. You do not have to be a Jefferson County resident to enter, except for Department 22. By entering and iterm in the Jefferson County Fair, I agree not to hold the Jefferson County Fair Association, INC, liable for loss or damage to such item.

Any exhibitor (adult or youth) showing 20 or more items will receive one free admission ticket to the fair grounds (rides not included). ONE FREE TICKET PER PERSON regardless of the total number of entries.
