General Information:

Set up will be on Monday, July 7. You must be at the fair grounds at 1pm. Ice will be available. Parking for all food vendors will be at flea market next to fairgrounds on universal road. Every vendor must have a parking pass and show it to the parking attendant.

Tear down is after closing of the fair on the 12th or anytime Sunday, July 13.

Proof of insurance and payment and full payment by money order or check. Everyone will need a pass or gate admission.

How to apply:

Checks or money orders should be payable to the Jefferson County Fair. The deadline for payment is June 10th. Your money must be sent in with the application. This application form may be completed online or printed and mailed to:

Fees:

Spaces up to 20 feet in length are $400.00. Over 20 feet in length is an additional $15.00 per foot. After June 10th, the price increases for spaces up to 20 feet to $450. There will be no refunds for any reason. Each booth will receive four (4) all week gate passes and two (2) all week car passes. Additional gate passes may be purchased for $15.00. There is a limit of five (5) of each type of additional passes.

Prior to June 28 must pay by money order or check made payable to Jefferson County Fair. After June 28, must pay in cash at time of set up. To guarantee a space applications must be sent in and paid by June 21st.
