Note: Vendor must provide any tents, canopies, tables, chairs etc.
General Information:
Set up will be on Monday, July 10. You will be notified on what time. No can drinks allowed. Ice will be available. Parking for all food vendors will be at flea market next to fairgrounds on universal road. Every vendor must have a parking pass and show it to the parking attendant. Those without a gate pass must pay full fair grounds entrance of $8.00.
Tear down is after midnight on Saturday July 15 or anytime Sunday July 16.
Fees:
Spaces up to 20 feet in length are $350.00. Over 20 feet in length is an additional $15.00 per foot. There will be no refunds for any reason. Each booth will receive four (4) all week gate passes and two (2) all week car passes. Additional gate passes may be purchased for $15.00 and parking passes for $10.00 each. There is a limit of five (5) of each type of additional passes.
